Question: How can I check my order prior I will make my decision?
Answer: Once we have all the measurements, we will develop a drawing with all the measurements and it will be sent for your consideration. Moreover, you will be given opportunity to make any changes by informing us prior finalising your order.
Question: How long does it take for you to prepare a quote and a drawing?
Answer: We are aiming to respond within 48 Hours with the drawing and quotation, taking into the account that we have all the measurements and decision on type of the materials.
Question: What is included in the final quote and are there any additional fees?
Answer: Quote always includes production, shipping and installation. In the event you would like us to demolish, recycle and skip old furniture, additional fee may be applicable. This will be agreed in advance and will be stated in the final quote.
